Responsible Gaming at bo99—
Your safety is our responsibility

Play for fun, stay within your limits. bo99 is always by your side to ensure a safe and responsible gaming experience.

What is Responsible Gaming?

Online betting and casino games are a form of entertainment — but they should always be enjoyed responsibly. At bo99, we believe every player should stay aware of their limits and never let gaming become a burden.

Responsible gaming means keeping your budget in check, setting time limits for play, and seeking help whenever needed. The bo99 platform provides various protective tools to help you maintain a healthy gaming experience.

Our goal is not simply to provide entertainment — we want to ensure that every bo99 user can play in a safe, controlled, and enjoyable environment. Your mental and financial wellbeing is our highest priority.

Age Limit

For those aged 21 and above only

To open an account and play at bo99, you must be at least 21 years old. We verify age at registration. Keeping minors away from gaming is our ethical responsibility.

If you know of a minor attempting to use this platform, please inform our support team. We will take action without delay.

Our Protective Tools

Deposit Limit Setting

You can set your own maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once set, the limit takes effect immediately. To increase a limit, you must wait through a 24-hour cooling-off period — this prevents impulsive over-depositing.

Time-Out Feature

Need a break? Use the time-out feature to temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days. During this period you will not be able to log in or place bets. Your balance will remain safe.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, choose self-exclusion. This gives you the option to close your account for anywhere from 6 months to permanently. If you attempt to open a new account while self-exclusion is active, it will be closed automatically.

Session Time Limit

Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. When the set time is up, the system will alert you and, if needed, end the session automatically. Playing for long periods is harmful to your health — take regular breaks.

Gaming History and Reports

You can view your complete betting history, win and loss records, and deposit and withdrawal details at any time. Understanding your own gaming patterns is the first step towards responsible play.

24/7 Support Service

If you have any concerns about gaming, our Bengali-speaking support team is available around the clock to help. Reach out via live chat — no judgement, just help.

Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

The same minimum amount applies across all payment methods at bo99. The key limits are listed below:

Transaction Type Minimum Amount Method Processing Time
Deposit ৳500 bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Bank Instant
Withdrawal ৳500 bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Bank 10–45 minutes
To ensure responsible gaming, set your personal deposit limit from your account settings. A 24-hour wait is required to change this limit.

Warning Signs of a Problem

If you notice the following signs, gaming may be becoming a problem. Be brave and seek help:

  • Repeatedly playing to try to win back money you have lost
  • Being unable to stop playing, even when you want to
  • Neglecting family or work because of gaming
  • Taking on debt or borrowing money to fund your play
  • Lying about or hiding your gaming
  • Feeling restless or irritable when you cannot game
  • Cutting back on everyday essential expenses to spend on gaming

Tips for Staying Safe

Following these simple tips will keep gaming enjoyable at all times:

  • Decide your weekly gaming budget in advance
  • Play for entertainment, not in the hope of winning
  • Take at least a 5-minute break every hour
  • Avoid playing when drinking alcohol or under mental stress
  • Do not try to chase losses
  • Talk openly with loved ones about your gaming habits
  • If in doubt, activate a time-out right away
