1 Introduction and Acceptance

bo99 is a platform providing online betting and casino services in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the use of bo99's website, applications, and all related services.

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification

bo99 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. You may be asked to submit a copy of your national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents if required. Withdrawal access may be restricted until the verification process is complete.

3 Age and Eligibility Requirements

bo99 services are available only to those aged 21 or above. No person under this age may register or participate on this platform.

• The person registering must be 21 years of age or older.
• If the age information provided by a user is found to be false, the account will be closed immediately.
• No service will be provided to any person accessing from a restricted region.
• Each user must bet using their own funds — playing on another person's account is prohibited.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (bonus + deposit amount). Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.

5.2 General Terms for Bonus Use

• Each bonus has a specific validity period; after the period expires, the bonus will be considered void.
• A bonus may only be applicable to specific games or betting markets.
• You may not participate in a specific promotion more than once.
• bo99 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found, the associated account will be closed immediately.
• VIP members will receive additional benefits according to their tier (Bronze through Gold).

6 Betting Rules

bo99 offers various betting options including sports betting, live casino, and slot games. The following rules apply to all types of betting.

6.1 Betting Limits

bo99 sets minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game and betting market. These limits may be changed at any time.

6.2 Bet Settlement

• For sports bets, settlement will take place after the result has been officially announced.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bo99 reserves the right to cancel the bet.

• Once a live bet has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled.

7 Prohibited Conduct and Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bo99 and will be treated as punishable offences:

• Registering with false or incorrect information.
• Bonus abuse, bonus arbitrage, or bonus hunting.
• Participating in match fixing or manipulated betting activities.
• Using fraudulent software or bots to play games.
• Attempting unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
• Money laundering or transacting through illegal funds.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, insulting, or threatening other members.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

If any of the prohibited activities described above or any violation of these Terms is detected, bo99 may take the following actions:

• Temporarily suspend the account and conduct an investigation.
• Permanently close the account.
• Forfeit any bonuses and winnings obtained illegally.
• Notify the relevant authorities depending on the nature of the violation.

If you wish to appeal a decision to close your account, you must contact our support team within 14 days.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy
